Hey have you tried free GPRS on your Airtel GSM Mobile.If not yet,then try it and surf and download free GPRS on your mobile phone.

Activate Airtel Live(Its free)
Create two GPRS accounts on your phone
Connect your mobile to PC and install the drivers for your mobile's modem
Create a dial-up connection by using the following settings

ISP Name: Airtel

Phone Number: *99***2#

Username and Password: Leave it blank

Configure your browser and download manager to use the proxy 100.1.200.99 and port 8080
Connect to the dial-up account
Now use your mobile and phone and try to open any site and you will get ACCESS DENIED
Now try to open on your PC
After few seconds the page will begin to load and voila you get the unlimited GPRS
